Great sex is all about self-confidence. (Okay, from the subject line, you might have thought we were going to talk about something else entirely.) The truth is, if you don’t love yourself, it’s hard to love someone else. So put yourself first. What do you want? What makes you happy?

It sounds really basic, right? Still, so many of us enter the bedroom feeling less than stellar about ourselves. But trust us—you’re amazing. And chances are, if you believe you’re amazing, he’ll think you’re amazing, too.
